
This course is about automatically detecting the extent of Postharvest Physiological Deterioration (PPD) on a cross-section of cassava roots. The course discusses two methods of doing this task automatically, (1) using a web application where the images can be uploaded from anywhere and results can be downloaded and (2) a desktop application that allows the user to annotate and alter the results from the automated analysis of the image.
